The Rapiscan 524 is a dual energy X-ray system specially designed for rolling baggage. Baggage is placed on the low conveyor in a vertical orientation for easy loading and unloading. Dual energy imaging provides automatic color coding of materials with different atomic numbers so that screeners can easily identify objects within the parcel.
